We are still currently on route to the planet Visigoth and I have reviewed a portion of the information about the current situation there. The following is but a brief synopsis as my full report has been transmitted to the investigation database on *CLASSIFIED* for further reference. It would seem that good majority of the planet has become unstable in the wake of the recent pass of the asteroid Halius's Rock (a reference to the "first" man to set foot on Visigoth). The asteroid makes an annual pass every three and fifty years and it is a time of great festivity and excitement. It was shortly after this pass that a great deal of unrest occured within one of the outlying provinces.

This unrest was quelled by the Adeptus Arbites forces stationed there, with help from a detachment from the Planetary Defence Force. It had seemed that it was an isolated incident, the usual rabble rousing done by some ambitious criminal hoping to establish a small fiefdom of his own. However, this unrest spread to other communities and within weeks the entire planet's Arbites forces were on constant alert. The nature of these uprisings remains unclear as no single goal seems predominant throughout all of them. I will continue to review the information and will post what I have read for your consideration should you perhaps see something I may have overlooked.
