I decided to build this site because I wanted to see something different on the net than just your average Warhammer 40,000 website. I started to think about the sites I like and why I like them. I found that most of my attention was focused on the pictures of miniatures and terrain and, very occassionally, the fiction.

I thought to myself "ye know all these people put alot of effort into making their site into a massive resource for 40k but I look at so little of it"

It was at that point that I thought that I would base a website just the way I would have to have it be to make me read other sections than just the gallery and terrain. I decided that I'm going to take a character by the name of Nathaniel Creed and turn the website into him, not me. Nathaniel Creed is my Ordo Malleus Inquisitor and this website is going to be the sort of online narrative of his adventures. Sort of like an online story, complete with illustrations :)

As I write more and more about him I want to be able to add my miniatures and terrain into it. I thought that if I incorporated them into the story-line I could then post all my mini-pics. Then I thought that if I made this site into a kind of journal of reports he's making then I can create whole subsections, almost whole webpages, for my armies and ideas as they tie into my Inquisitor and his adventures.

Not to mention that all of this means that I can justify my gross expenditure on computer equipment and miniatures. hehehe

Have a good one and enjoy,

Remco
